LEBLON
The philosophy of its creators is that an extra fine cachaça is first created in a sugarcane plantation. For this reason, since 2010 LEBLON independently manages its 100 acres of sugarcane, ensuring that the final product represents everything that the fruit has to offer. All aspects of its production are thoroughly controlled - from planting and cutting of the sugarcane to bottling and surfacing the final product. Leblon is aged in French oak barrels, which used to host XO Cognac for three months.
