MARTINI FLOREALE

The non-alcoholic Aperitivo Martini Floreale is created in the same way as the rest of our alcoholic drinks. The same quality of wines, herbs and botanicals are selected. After we slowly remove the alcohol from our wine, preserving the authentic characteristics, we infuse the flavours of our superior botanicals, including Artemisia and Bergamot in the Vibrante and Artemisia and Roman Chamomile in the Floreale. The result is an Aperitivo that is undoubtedly MARTINI.

MARTINI VIBRANTE

The non-alcoholic Aperitivo Martini Vibrante is created in the same way as all our alcoholic drinks. The same quality of wines, herbs and botanicals are selected. After we slowly remove the alcohol from our wine, preserving the authentic characteristics, we infuse the flavours of our superior botanicals, including Artemisia and Bergamot in the Vibrante and Artemisia and Roman Chamomile in the Floreale. The result is an Aperitivo that is undoubtedly MARTINI.

MARTINI RISERVA SPECIALE BITTER

The new Martini Bitter complements the Martini premium line, along with Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino and Ambrato. Based on an authentic recipe which dates back to 1872, the new Martini Bitter consists of a unique combination of rare exotic herbs. This unique bitter that is aged in oak barrels highlights its roots and its special taste character.

MARTINI RISERVA SPECIALE RUBINO

Aged for at least 2 months in oak barrels for a richer flavour. Moscato d’Asti DOCG aromatic wines are used, which give characteristic notes of flowers and honey, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

MARTINI RISERVA SPECIALE AMBRATO

Aged for at least 2 months in oak barrels for a richer flavour. It has a rich, bittersweet and complex flavour. It is produced from wines from the Nebbiolo region. The result is a bright red vermouth, whose balance results in an intense long aftertaste.

MARTINI FIERO

Italian Vermouth with more than 150 years of tradition. Martini Fiero is a blend of white wine, herbs and orange, a perfect aperitif when mixed with tonic. Its bittersweet taste is mainly due to the Artemisia plant which ensures the characteristic taste of Martini and the dried orange peels from Spain which are cut by hand and left to dry naturally in the sun.

MARTINI ROSATO

MARTINI ROSATO is the latest creation of MARTINI® inspired by recipes in Luigi Rossi’s journal. Rosato blends strong notes of clove, cinnamon and nutmeg with the lighter aromas of raspberry and citrus. A very delicate extraction process creates a gentle, aromatic and spiced elegance.

MARTINI EXTRA DRY

Martini Extra Dry was first introduced on New Year’s Day 1900, after a decade of experimentation. Bright, slightly golden, with a fine aroma, with notes of raspberry and citrus extracts on an iris base and with small touches of wood. It ends with a well-balanced fresh acidity.

The original recipe of MARTINI ROSSO, created by Luigi Rossi in the 1860’s, became one of Piedmont’s most popular and award-winning aromatic wines. Intensely aromatic, bittersweet taste. Character with strong herbal elements.

Today, the spirit of MARTINI® is kept unchanged by our talented botanists and skilled oenologists who passionately create this symbol of true Italian taste. At the heart of MARTINI®, there are more than 40 natural herbs that come from all over the world. MARTINI BIANCO was introduced in 1910 and earned the name ’Bianchissimo’ or “the whitest”, inspired by the white vanilla blossoms.
At its heart, there is a combination of herbs and sweet floral spices that give it a softer, lighter and more delicate character. The blend balances well between the notes of vanilla and aromatic herbs and between sweet and bitter notes.
