DOM BENEDICTINE

DOM Bénédictine is a herbal liqueur, with a secret recipe of 27 traditional roots, herbs and spices. For the production of DOM Bénédictine the ingredients are separated into four categories, which are extracted and distilled once or twice. The four different spirits are mixed with honey for sweetness and taste and with saffron for color, while after the final mixing, they are matured in a barrel, before the filtration and the final bottling.

ST-GERMAIN

St-Germain is the world’s first artisanal liqueur made in France from 100% fresh, wild elderflower blossoms, which are handpicked once a year for 4-6 weeks in the late spring, just when they are at the peak of their taste and aroma.
