CHIMAY BLUE
Chimay Blue is a strong, dark brown beer, with fruity, spicy aromas and notes of chocolate whose taste gets better and better over time. The “Trappist” logo certifies that this Ale beer is produced inside the abbey under the supervision of the monk community. The majority of the income goes to support charitable works. Re-fermentation takes place in the bottle. This is an aging beer that is ideally enjoyed at a temperature of 10°C to 12°C.
Ingredients: Water, Malted Barley, Sugar, Wheat Starch, Hops, Yeast and Bitter Orange Peel.
Alcohol by volume: 9%
